I've noticed the bites are bad this year at least for me. My legs, from my ankles to me knees, got tore up last week when stepped out of a yard to look over a few crops of mine. I though it was chiggers, but after thinking about it I'm not so sure. I've never known chiggers to crawl up my inside my pant legs.
