NW Wisconsin | Around here its that and people from the twin cities with decent pasture ground that they just want for hunting. In turn a 1/2 wooded 40 that supports 1 head per 4 acres if not less is now 6 grand an acre... Make that pencil for pasture...
Guy bought ground next to me said they were going to plant it to pine trees 4 years later it is just thistle and crap thats grown up... Dont care if you dont want to rent it but dont lie... | |
