Give the doc some beef Jerky for Xmas. Protein shakes are overrated
Doc and I both agreed we still crave a donut every once in a while. He said his frequency was every three weeks. I told him my wife has cut me off to once every two months for donuts. Tough to get a great French Cruller in these parts, its a 125 mile drive to find a descent one.
