Come fall of 2026, 1.65 fats will return.
We broke a home building record of 16 years increasing here and it's over. Gumps renting every 10 acre block to run 10 cows on and hauling water every day. Slaughter weights WAY up. Most the wheat is feed grade and everyone is making big corn yields. No trade of feedstuffs keeping prices low.
We are going to reset. It doesn't take much to go from 2.35 to 1.65. The backside needs to be covered after April of 2026 or the cycle will take them out. When the old timers say it's over loading $2700-2800 7-8 weights, the end is near.
