Everyone, my age learned in 15 you can lose $150,000 worth of equity in cattle real quick and it takes the next 10 years to pay that off. Most don’t what to replace the old cows there selling off let alone by more.
Dealing with boomer landlords is also a huge turn off. That’s about only thing confinement cows have for an advantage.
