I just picked up a half beef that we ordered about 5 weeks ago. It comes from a local feed yard and is processed at their facility and aged for two weeks. Ended up with 481 lbs of beef @ $5.40 lb.
Honest question , hanging wt. or wt. of beef picked up? Every abbatoir seems to do it differently
