Looks great to me. I really like thick pork chops.

Years ago used to go to Computers on the Farm convention annually in Columbia, Missouri. That was always the dinner main meal provided for the evening. An inch and a half or maybe even two inch thick pork chop. That is what got the wife and I liking really thick chops. It was always delicious.
