Make sure the valve is a genuine Hudson valve. I ordered one off of Amazon.com and had trouble with it not working. I finally called the company. The first thing she asked was did you buy it Amazon. She said the chinese are copying them exactly, box and all, and Amazon doesn’t care and won’t stop selling them. So make sure it is genuine. After I got a real one I had no more problems.
