North central MO | That’s a little ways from me but sounds pretty reasonable, but Iam sure it’s pretty poor. (CRP=nothing but weeds)
Grass seed and fence would surely add another $1500 an acre.
I have been doing some napkin math, considering selling a few cows if I could trade them for acres.
Believe that to be around browning, which is probably 40 miles north of HWY 36, hunting land typically gets cheaper the farther north of 36 you are. Example is you could be 45 mins from a Casey’s gas station at that farm.
