I emailed them to see what I should do with it.
I will give them credit they replied back right away and we just had a phone call - They wondered if it was a knockoff, but otherwise aren't sure why it's behaving this way. But are sending me out a new one at no charge. They claim to be a small company and the girl on the phone said she builds them herself there, I wouldn't have guessed that.
Anyway, we'll see how the new one performs.
LOL, well, when you think about it, how many valves a year are actually sold? I would think somebody could assemble quite a few between phone calls and shipping stuff out.
Reminds me of the good old days of owning a Hagie. Could call the factory and talk to a customer service person who had actually been in my machine.
Now I get to call a JD dealer who tells me, yeah, we don't have that part. |
