| Infected open cow infects the bull that breeds her, he then gets in with the neighbors cows and infects them. Whoever is stupid enough to do this missed high school health class. If I had a neighbor that was buying open cows to rebreed, the first call would be the state vet, and the second would be to an attorney. This isn't a joke. It can and does happen, which is why any state with anything but fools running their state dept of AG has strict rules about this. | |
