Im not bastardizing making a profit but every step higher will eventually lead to less demand. Thats how economics work. All im saying is is right here high enough. Everyone is making really good money, do we need to keep pushing higher until demand falls apart.
Just let the packers add 10-15% water brine to beef and discount it 3%….. wait - that’s just a chicken and some pork thing? It’s almost as though consumers know what value “water” is |
