Modern chicken and pork has become one of the same, some sort of flavorless media to transport herbs, spices, sauce and or smoke flavoring into your mouth. Beef is still beef and can be prepared without anything of that and still be delicious. I say all that and admit I still don't mind some pork and chicken every now and again. | |
