I took a galvanized bushing and welded a flat bar bracket to it, that mounts to the tank side. That works fine, its the float itself that I'm less than impressed with in it's short lifespan.

Is it better to be tighter or looser?


I like the philmac/gallagher floats, but in this particular location one of those wasn't the best fit. I may have to figure out how to swap over to one though, as they're usually pretty reliable for me.
