Stop the lousy for you soft drinks.Buy Spindrifts.They even sell them at Sams now,not all the great flavor combos but some.Crazy good with no sugar,no chems.The lime or nojito flavors poured over ice with a lime wedge floating is as close to a decent cocktail so that you can enjoy as if boozed.Most recent data on artificial sweeteners is that it plays havoc on your sugar regulating systems.
