Dad and Mom, both Grandparents had milk cows, pigs and chickens. Though Dad got more milk cows and let pigs and chickens go when I was growing up in late 50s through the 60s.
In 70 when I graduated from HS, worked for Mom and Dad. Then got to doing all kinds of things that worked with milking cows to make a little scratch and 55 years later still doing things outside of the box making decent profits.
Had couple enterprises that didn’t work as planned, but that’s part of the education to learn from.
