1 pint of LVE= 1 quart of Enlist. It's about that simple in my unscientific hand sprayer testing. 2 quarts of LVE + a few oz of crop oil in my 25 gallon 4 wheeler tank will kill the weeds you mention with decent coverage. If I'm shooting across a ditch and I know coverage won't be good then 3quarts of LVE + 8oz of crop oil will do a decent job.
