Yeah I'm aware that these are odd clutches, everything else I've ever worked with are like you said, adding power causes them to disengage the drive. That being said, a relay would easily fix that issue but I'm still not certain how to wire it into the deere system... If all else fails I think I'm going to just wire 2 switches into the cab and manually turn sections off. We aren't going to be doing half width very often so that might just be the simple way to do it. I tried to just throw the old valmar control box in the cab to do exactly that but it screams at you the whole time because I tied the air pressure sensor into the deere system so it doesn't think that it's getting any air flow and sets off the alarm.
