This is not exactly what you asked, but here is another option:

The Starfire 7000 and 7500 with permanent RTK unlocks include mobile RTK unlock. You can then access either CMR or RTCM3 corrections. What this means is you can run on almost any cellular RTK network at that point and not by tied to a John Deere network.

The MN CORS networks I believe offers both CMR and RTCM3 data streams. You could get a 3rd party modem like CloudBase and then use it to connect to MN CORS. You would still need to pay for data on the modem (~$25/month).

You can also take a 7000 or 7500 with permanent RTK unlocks and connect to a 3rd party radio and then also connect to a 3rd party network via radio as well.
