If you don't farm in 4 different counties, I'd just buy a cheap (these days) RTK receiver or two or three with radios and run your own base station.
No fees, most accurate signal of all.
If not, then you're looking at cell based (Agra) vs satellite based (SF-RTK). If you have modems in every machine you could also look into mRTK from Deere for $1250/yr for their cell solution.
