I don't think I've ever eaten ground turkey and don't plan to start. Chicken and pork are mostly a way to have barbecue sauce without drinking it directly from the bottle.
Those $5 rotisserie chickens at Sams are pretty darn tasty if you asked me. A farm yard raised whole chicken on the grill is hard to beat too. I’ve had whole Berkshire on the BBQ roaster, mighty tasty too.
