| No , we are not pawns, the USDA are only pawns of the gov, not of some higher power. You need to get that out of your thinking.
Lot of dynamics at work , however a higher power doesn't make everyone take a long or short position. There is nothing mysterious or magical about Andrews , just basic support and resistance lines organized in a particular fashion.
