Subject: RE: Iodized salt

Pittsburg, Kansas
We take a few drops of Logols 2% iodine daily to make sure our iodine needs are met.

We do use Redmond's salt almost exclusively at home. We did recently buy some potassium chloride salt to make sure our potassium needs are met. A person can also use low salt or no salt salt substitute because that is what it is. We used to buy it that way but found a source of bulk natural mined food grade potassium chloride. Basically white colored potash fertilizer.
