With biological control nematodes, you really don't want 100% control. Need rootworm to lay eggs for next year to help maintain the biocontrol nematode population. What you want is minimal root feeding and damage.

Biocontrol nematodes are to be used with a RW trait even if it is failing. A failing trait still kills a lot of rootworm but over time more have become resistant and do economic root feeding. Biocontrol nematodes target the survivors of the RW trait. Now two independent mortality factors have been deployed against rootworm
