Their lawyers have advised them if someone says their trespassing, as long as they leave, they can't be prosecuted. Which is wrong.

They're also stealing the farmers property and that is theft. So that probably could be prosecuted.

I guarantee you if Chippee has hunting land and somebody trespassed, he would blow a gasket.
