Who gets the (ACTUAL) check on crop ins subsidy? Yes that gets passed along but then another arguement starts. Like who see cost of food decrease when farm crop prices are so low that farmer gets subsidy check? Oh and who else see benefits from farm subsidies. Surely not implement dealer,etc.
