Last fall and post harvest basis and spreads were saying there is less supply than most thought, in Jan we found out for sure. The Aug/Sept heat and dryness took a lot of bushels.
August heat is smoking a lot of bushels here this year also.. from some level.
I predict the White House approved USDA corn production number for August is 15.98 bb.. any different and someone gets fired.
Could be 16.01 though. But I’m 98% sure it’ll be 15.98. |
