Right now I hope it does go to the lower 3s in October. Im sitting an average dryland corn crop right now because I'm in one of the few areas that cant buy a rain. I would be looking at HUGH revenue claims on crop insurance and that is the reason it won't go that low there would be crazy amounts of claims for RMA.
