I agree with every word you said.  So which element (Gummint money or poor leadership) will influence their stock price in, say, the next 12 months?  Personally, I think they'll completely shed their pathetic resource-sucking space involvement after which their newer leader (an engineer) will slowly improve.  Couple that with the realization Boeing is the last remaining large aircraft manufacturer in the US and I think subsidies and contracts keep on rollin' in.  Disclosure:  I have no idea what I'm talking about.  <grin>.
