South Central MN | Organic does have some options though limited, not sure if ORMI (think that is the certification) listed copper foliar sprays are what they would use but the extra copper should help with disease resistance.
Proper amounts of micro nutrients do help but aren't foolproof either.
Corn breed for organic production is also going to have to be a lot more resistant to disease than all the high input regular stuff since it won't be getting a synthetic fungicide sprayed on it if something starts going bad. | |
