Drop all farm payments. Subsidize beginning farmers crop insurance for the first 5 years up to $10,000 or 50 percent of the premium. Whichever is less. . No subsidized crop insurance for old farmers.
Single mothers will get treatment the same as married folks. We should not be subsidizing bad decisions.
One of the biggest problems the black community has is lack of dads. 75% of kids born out of wedlock is literally killing them.
Maybe we should give out a bonus $2000 per kid if your married at the time of birth. | |
