nc nebraska butte | Two months ago mom was having problems with her double ovens
I was looking in manual and I came across how to calibrate the oven .It was 29 years old and had digital display.Her board was out so no parts available so she got a new one.
Got to thinking about our range sure enough could calibrate it .Put one of them oven temperature gauge in there set oven at 400 .Guage was reading 355 so reset it and last night cooked a pizza could really tell how much better it was.
While oven was on thought we would try popovers ours have never turned out like moms.They turned out perfect.
Mom’s new oven needs calibrated cause her popovers failed and she has never had them do that.
