West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
I'll be writing a $875.00 check to the local butcher shop for processing a whole steer tomorrow afternoon. Half weights were 382lbs. and 368lbs. I'm not really sure what the live steer cost, it's part of a hog for beef/machine/land/labor trade with my nephew.
