Altoona, WI | My wife plants about 40 tomato plants every year. She always has a few that will look like that. They always produce just fine. We've had a couple of years where they all will curl like that. It is just the plant's reaction to stress. Maybe heat. She read somewhere that a tomato plant will abort blossoms if the plant gets too much time over 90 degrees. Some tomato fanatics will actually put shades up to protect their plants from the sun if it gets too hot. | |
