Ross County, Ohio | I can add the weather around here is doing me no favors. Wettest spring I can remember and I'm 52. Didn't start corn til May 28. Finished beans June 10. Now, we can't buy a solid rain at least not on the regular. It's getting dry. Crops look great from the road, but I walked through some of my corn today. I think it's worse than last year and we had the worst drought around here in 90 years. At least everything I own is paid for, so I'll survive. Still doesn't stop the disappointment and worry. I like to win | |
