What does this have to do with the "agronomy department" ??
There were some saying in news print they had only seen light pressure! I’ve been all over Iowa and the pressure I’ve seen is heavy! Disease triangle host/pathogen/environment have led to perfect storm this year! I just call it like I see it! It doesn’t serve farmers well to do anything else!
Print news is not a great way to "follow" or track diseases and things that are constantly changing.
Actually you made my point, I have been scouting fields every day, including Saturdays and Sundays for past 4 weeks. What I'm seeing in the field doesn't match what some experts reported to those in print news.
But that also made my point, blaming the "agronomy dept" for what ends up in print news late isn't worth it. Now if it's someone tweeting news that day and it's wrong, then call them out.
