SW Ohio | This is something I've been trying to figure out, I don't go crazy and add fat to things like some people do, but I do find I feel better and less hungry if I eat more fat. For instance if I eat chicken breast or turkey rather than beef I feel hungry again faster.
Also have read that protein can stimulate insulin to some level. It seems for me that if I eat mostly red meat I seem to hit a pretty good balance of fat and protein and feel good. | |
