Just a dumb question, if youve already essentially eliminated the load cell as the issue, have you tried a different display? I forget if the display does all the computing on those systems or if its an external module(s). Something of that nature almost sounds like your issue. Im assuming youve checked tolerances in the elevator chain and the top of the elevator too?
