You must know something noone else does if you think you can shuffle bushels to collect.
Most have crop insurance so...
If you had a crop you report your bushels to help your aph. All documented.
If you didn't have a crop, it's all etched in stone with your losses/yields.
Fully documented. So not sure how you shuffle bushels.
