Northeast, Nebraska

A few years ago it was known that we in the CRW area had to pay more for RW Bt corn than those farming & buying seed in non-CRW areas, like the "south".

Does this cost difference still exist in 2025? I'm asking about the base price of the seed corn of identical traits.

Thanks

Yep and it is complete BS. When I was selling seed years ago, people north of me 10 miles could get seed $15 to $20 a bag cheaper. So they would buy all of their seed in the cheap zone and plant it in the high zone, even though they weren't supposed to.
