Dagmar, MT | Lentils don’t do well if we get above average moisture. I’m 7 miles from North Dakota & you get very far east they are just too wet to raise good lentils….all kinds of bad diseases show up. 60lbs/bushel, but they are usually heavier. I’m showing 65 on the samples so far. We have quite a few options for marketing…most get picked up on farm & hauled to Canada, but we have a couple local elevators 30 miles out.
