I believe I have attached a spreadsheet that shows the type of information the last link provides.

Remember your cost depends on factors you choose, past history, and factors the farmer doesn't control, mainly spring price, location (I guess that is technically in your control), and volatility factor. The volatility factor is determined the last 5 days of price discovery.
