 Pittsburg, Kansas | I have a problem with that also. I can do it, but it takes huge willpower.
On a cruise right now. Delicious food. Lots of temptations. A few nights ago I over did deserts. By a bunch. Blood sugar 249 after. That is NOT good for health.
Tonight I had a strip steak, roast beef for my side dish and a pork chop for my dessert. Guess I can do moderation after all. Just not with sugary desserts. Hope my blood sugar behaves. And boy do they have plenty of the deserts.
Cruising off the Coast of Portugal with a stop there today and tomorrow.
