Answers are going to vary depending on where you’re located. As mentioned, I don’t think they’re very winter hardy. I tried some this/last year and didn’t get much to survive over winter. I had a small stip that had maybe 25% survive so decided I’d leave it to see how it progressed. Weeds took over so I gave up but they were still green as a gourd second week of July so not sure when they would actually mature to harvest.
