I'll give you credit, you called the Southern Rust outbreak.
I've never seen anything like this, and I've been scouting fields since the late 80's. We've got so much wind damage to our canopies, I'm spraying some again. I've seen some stuff sprayed 3 weeks ago that looks bad as well.
