Just call a local crop insurance agent and get a quote. On some of the basic plans the premium cost is the minimum fee that the Fed Crop Ins agency charges to administer the plans (something like $60 per crop). Sign up date for this year (for most spring planted crops) has already passed (for our area farms had to be signed up by March 15).
