Subject: Deere Rate Controller with Case Tractor

Delaware
Contemplating running a strip till rig that has a John Deere rate controller on it for dry product. From everything I've read, John Deere Rate Controllers don't play nice with ISO systems, so at the moment the only solution is to pull the Deere rate controller off and put on a Raven Rate controller.

Was wondering if I would be better off financially and if it was possible to buy a John Deere computer (not sure of number and type I would need; I'm pretty illiterate in the world of JD Precision) used and have it solely as the rate controller, and I would/could just push the GPS signal to the Deere computer to control the strip till fertilizer and let the Case computer worry about the guidance.
