NWMO | Thanks For the replies... Yeah I want to keep the Deere monitor as we data share, guidance lines autopath, section control, ect... The moisture sensor is a very bad design but it works... And this machine runs Soybeans only so we can run in manual moisture. That takes it out of equation... My problem is the load or weigh cell... It will CAL and get load totals fairly close but running it it likes to bounce all over the board (50 to 80 bpa) gets a correct 65bps for field as a example but maps so the bounce?... S670 dosen't do this so yield maps are usless in soybeans running both machines in same field... The AgLeader load plate or impact panel is small and the Deere covers or catches full amount... I'm wondering about cutting it down and trying to calibrate it as it would be taking a sample vs full amount of grain flow to combat flow varriables?? Have couple extras laying around... I'm guessing I don't know without a try... Corn is non issue as we run S670 on a 12 only... So those maps are useful data... Have scales on cart to keep everthing check daily ect... I getting same responce from dealer... I'm amazed Deere never seen a need for a upgrade kit for one of their most popular machines... They upgrade everything else? I'll do some cutting and report back... There has to be a way to clam it down... I'm thinking that is why AgLeader uses a smaller impact plate?? Only one way to find out... Thanks Agian | |
