This is wrong. The downforce generated by the wing is not “carried” statically by the wing. Its downward movement and energy continues long after the plane is gone. Have your local aerial applicator make a low pass over the trees in your back yard, and wait for it……..the downforce presents several seconds after the plane has left your acreage
