Both are correct but you don't need google...you need a lightening cable from your pc to your iPhone...that is it.

If you have a type c usb on your pc/mac its fast, if not...usb a on the computer side to apple iPhone male plug works the same...just slower.

Open my computer, there is your tree, scroll down to past C:\ drive, past any dvd, cd rom, etc, and then following down you have Apple iPhone:\ Internal storage\Boom You Bee Here...
